The following articles and narratives have been collected by my colleague and collaborator Bryant Griffith, who, over the past year has been working with a group of Hispanic business men and a group of fifth grade students in Corpus Christi, Texas. The purpose is to develop a group of school stories reflecting the cultural and geographic region. The stories reflect the circumstance of educational opportunity and the respect for the educational system and teaches regardless of the fact that may were unable to complete formal education due to economic necessity.
